Sharefile has resolved this.
Sharefile is in the process of updating their IP address, which may result in intermittent connectivity issues, if this continues please try the following IP addresses 52.37.175.31, 54.69.185.204
The above IPs are mentioned in the following link, please provide this article to your Campus IT team to also check the whitelist on the firewall: https://docs.sharefile.com/en-us/sharefile/configure/firewall-ip.html
